Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping times depend on the carrier and destination. Yes — if your order is incorrect, arrives damaged or defective, or never arrives, we will replace it or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. Email Support@south-beachwellness.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the packaging and contents; we reply within 2 business days and never charge you return shipping. Because these are sensitive research materials we cannot accept returns of items that arrived correctly and intact. You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships.
